form·Z Joint Study Program

The form·Z Joint Study Program (JSP) makes form·Z and its related products available to educational institutions, a year at a time, at the cost of processing and materials.

The goals of the Joint Study Program are (1) to promote education in 3D modeling and computer enhanced design, and (2) to contribute to the evolution of computer driven design tools.

The Joint Study Program requires that a regular member of the faculty of a school be designated as the Principal Investigator (PI). The PI administers the program and submits a report and samples of student work at the end of the academic year. These reports are compiled by AutoDesSys into the Annual Joint Study Report called "Partnerships in Learning."

Part of the JSP is the Joint Study Extension license which makes form·Z available to students of JS schools, a year at a time, for use on their home computers.

At the end of each year, AutoDesSys grants Awards of Distinction and Honorable Mentions to deserving students that participated in the JS Program. These awards are selected by a jury of distinguished experts. The winners of the Awards of Distinction receive a free copy of form·Z, and their schools receive a one year free subscription to the JS Program.
